The Challenge

A fully automated data enrichment solution was implemented for Microsoft Dynamics. Using a combination of Power Automate and RPA, company data such as address, postal code, and CH-ID are automatically loaded from ZEFIX for new prospects and added directly in the system. This improves data quality and significantly reduces manual data entry efforts.
