The Challenge

In the existing ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP), there were numerous manual steps, inefficient processes, and a lack of automation. The goal was to implement targeted optimizations directly within the system and make processes more sustainable and efficient.
To achieve this, specific adjustments were made in D365 using X++ and SQL, and in SAP using ABAP. In addition to structural improvements, targeted automations were developed, such as a copy-product module for quickly duplicating and modifying items, as well as batch jobs for automated data analysis and processing.
