The Challenge

A company had a highly manual procurement process — from demand notification through approvals to ordering and posting. Information was maintained across various tools, approvals were handled via email, and the status was often unclear. The goal was to standardize and automate the entire process while simultaneously laying the foundation for future AI applications.
To achieve this, the process was analyzed, restructured, and digitally implemented using Power Apps (central input), Power Automate (workflows and approvals), and preparatory AI components.
